Recognition cameras must provide a means to position those cameras with consideration for image rotation in relation to the target.
Missing from standard CCTV camera mounts is the ability to adjust the clockwise/counter-clockwise rotation of the camera in order to level the license plate within the field-of-view. The IRAM mount, with its unique ball-and socket arrangement, has provision for very precise pan, tilt and rotation adjustment via a single locking mechanism.
Developed by field engineers experienced with the difficulties encountered with inadequate ALPR camera mounting solutions, the IRAM mount can be affixed to walls, to vertical poles or to horizontal arms. Constructed from coated marine aluminum and industrial rubber compounds, the IRAM will provide a stable camera platform for many years in all weather conditions.
